Description: This is an announcement for issuing a single source financial assistance award to the Birds Caribbean of Arlington, VA. This announcement is for notification purposes only. Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is the primary federal agency responsible for the conservation, protection, and enhancement of the nationâ¿¿s fish and wildlife and their habitats. The USFWS National Wildlife Refuge System is comprised of more than 560 national wildlife refuges and 3,000 small waterfowl breeding and nesting sites covering nearly 150 million acres across the United States.
